  • quotes
  • The last five years sea heat has been the hottest and is continuing upwards due to greenhouse gases, this charts back to the late 1950’s.
  • so if you want to measure global warming you really have to measure the sea.
  • There are other ways of measuring climate change, but none are convincing as the ocean.
  • The current rate of ocean warming is equivalent to five hiroshima-size atomic bombs exploding every second.
  • Ocean warming is incontrovertible proof of global warming.
  • Scientists expect about one meter of sea level rise by the end  of the century, which would be enough to displace 150 million people worldwide.
  • It’s what makes us different to so many others in the media, at a time when factual, honest reporting is critical.

Daily Mail – non bias

  • quote
  • A landmark scientific paper –the one that caused a sensation by claiming there has been NO slowdown in global warming since 2000 – was critically flawed. And thanks to the bravery of a whistleblower, we now know that for a fact.

conclusion

Was given a task to make a decision between what article is bias or non bias out of The Guardian and Daily Mail I think the guardian is the bais one because there facts and opinion are really intense, over the top shocking words and statistics but I am very confused on which to choose from.
